The data controller for this Service is FC Signal Lab, contactable at hello@fcsignallab.com. We are responsible for deciding how your personal data is used.
When you create an account, we collect the information provided through our authentication provider (Clerk), which may include your email address and display name. We do not collect passwords directly — authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.
We also collect: basic access logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and operational purposes; bet tracking data (your betslip picks, outcomes, and performance statistics) when you use the tracking feature; and your display name and leaderboard preferences if you opt in to the public leaderboard.
When you use the AI Analysis feature, we collect your submitted match selections, custom priority weights, and the AI-generated analysis results. This data is retained to provide you with the feature and to improve our models.
Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases for processing your personal data are: (a) your consent, provided when you create an account and opt in to features such as the leaderboard or AI Analysis; (b) contractual necessity, to provide the Service you have signed up for, including bet tracking, AI Analysis, and performance statistics; and (c) legitimate interests, for service security, fraud prevention, and platform and model improvement.
Your information is used to: provide and maintain the Service; operate the AI Analysis feature, including processing your custom weights and match submissions; store and display your bet tracking history and performance statistics; display your profile on the leaderboard (if you opt in); improve and refine our machine learning models using anonymised and aggregated data; communicate service updates; and ensure security of the platform. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
If you opt in to the leaderboard, the following data is visible to other users: your display name, ROI percentage, win/loss record, and number of settled slips. Pro users may also see your recent settled betslip picks. You can opt out at any time via your profile settings, which will remove your data from the public leaderboard.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Clerk (authentication) — processes your email and login credentials. See Clerk's privacy policy at clerk.com/legal/privacy.
Stripe (payment processing) — processes your subscription payment information and billing data. FC Signal Lab does not store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Match data and odds displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party sports data providers. No personal user data is shared with these providers.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Bet tracking history and AI Analysis records are retained for as long as your account is active to provide the tracking, leaderboard, and analysis features. Access logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes. Subscription and payment data is retained for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 7 years thereafter for accounting and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication session management (provided by Clerk). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances; request portability of your data; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@fcsignallab.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's supervisory authority for data protection. Visit ico.org.uk for more information.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be processed by third-party services (such as Clerk) in countries outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
